Should your destination be inaccessible Shopkasa/Kaatyayani Sarees will ensure alternate courier services are used. We reques you to provide your full address at the time of order with the pin-code, and a primary and an alternate contact number in order to make the delivery process smooth and efficient.

Transit Time and Charges

Your order may take up to 10 working days from the date of receipt of order to the actual delivery date for domestic Shipping, you will also be notified the approximate delivery time personally during the time of payment. If you require any products to be delivered on any particular date, please write to us. We will try our best to deliver on the requested date and tracking will be sent at the time of dispatch of the product.

Return Transit Policy

The right to accept returns is solely the decision of shopkasa/Kaatyayani Sarees. In case returns are made by customers where there has been no fault on part of Shopkasa/Kaatyayani Sarees, the entire shipping cost must be borne by the customers. Products thus returned must be unused and should be in original condition and packaging.
